We are developing our B2B offers towards employers. We are looking for a B2B Growth Specialist with 2 years professional experience on a similar job (growth hacker, online marketing manager).


You know your target personas very well and have the right ‘grip’ in your campaigns to hook them.  To you, ‘Online Marketing’ is not just about being an online expert - it’s also about putting your fingers on you targets’ pain points with the right quality and messaging.


You already demonstrated your capacity to analyze all of your actions and to be eager to make it better - all the time. You are also a creative person and you have been able to put yourself in the shoes of your target personas to find the best way to convince them.

As a B2B Growth specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and facilitating lead handover to sales team, based on an ever-increasing knowledge & understanding of your campaigns.





Reports to the B2B Marketing Director





Working alongside our B2B Marketing Director, you will:


  • Create & develop growth campaigns, via all relevant channels (SEA, affiliation, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.);
  • Make sure you generate relevant leads for our sales team;
  • Be responsible to meet Marketing & Sales’ SLA and score leads the right way to optimize their handover on the Sales team side;
  • Experiment & test constantly to identify & refine acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels. Your craziest ideas are welcome as long as they improve our KPIs;
  • Source & execute partnership opportunities to generate new leads;
  • Process & analyze available data to increase knowledge of our different key audiences, suggest the right adjustments and to optimize performance continuously;
  • Build, own & share KPIs reporting, including cost of acquisition per channels;
  • Stay up-to-date with growth marketing trends and work to apply industry best practices;
  • Manage external service providers.






  • Team-player with excellent written and communication presentation skills; Creative problem-solver with the ability to convey its solutions and influence cross-functional teams; Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization and testing everything;
  • Perfect knowledge of online marketing channels (Facebook, Linkedin and Google Ads in particular);
  • Able to imagine and set up custom marketing approaches such as media outreach or affiliation tactics;
  • Curiosity for coding, technology and user-centered product is a must; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus; Proficiency in Salesforce Reports
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an affinity for online marketing (email, push, in-product), an ability to operate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Marketing and Sales Teams.
  • Capacity to analyze results alongside with creativity to set up and test out growth tricks will make the biggest difference.




  • Up to 2 years of B2B experience in a demand generation or lead generation role for a technology company ideally in a startup environment;
  • An ability to thrive in a result-driven environment and to demonstrate achievements backed by data.



The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey, Hiring Manager and Edouard, B2B Marketing Director.

Then we plan face to face meetings with 2 members from the Marketing Team and 2 members from another OC Team. You will be asked to provide us with 3 professional references contact detail.
