HR Manager

Job description

The position is about handling multiple HR activities in a context of accelerated growth and international market openings.

The first priority is to help accelerating the recruitment process and making sure we apply our standard of quality and hire people whose ethical mindset is in sync with our values and mission. Priority number two is to work through analytics and C&B topics, setting up relevant dashboards, maintaining tools and processes (Onboarding, PeopleGoal…) and preparing recommendations about specific topics (Health and Welfare insurance, Equity management, Unlimited days off policy, etc.). Priority 3 is about being a team member, eager to jump into any projects that is key for setting up an innovative HR practice.


Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer



  • Support the hiring momentum driven by our strategic ambition

  • Contribute to implementing salary transparency across the company

  • Participate into designing a fair and innovative compensation policy

  • Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.

  • Recommend change and/or improvement to making our benefit and wellness pack sustainability attractive.

  • Design, implement and maintain HR dashboards.

  • Help identify the most relevant HRIS solution



  • Strong interpersonal communication skills,

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm,

  • A people-oriented attitude and a result driven mindset

  • Agility and reliability in data crunching and analysis and metrics management

  • Curiosity and ability to handle at the same time multiple high-end and operational activities

  • Humility and a deep sense of collective effectiveness



  • 4 or 5 years of experience in Human Resources positions.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.

  • English speaking and writing (C1 level)




The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey, Hiring Manager.

Then we plan face to face meetings with Xavier, CHRO,  Virginie, HR Manager, Benjamin, VP Finance, Lida, CLO, Marine (Revenue) and Noémie (Marketing). You will be asked to provide us with professional references contact detail.
