As OpenClassrooms is a fast growing start-up, its product and value proposition to student is in constant evolution and has to be innovative and ahead of competitors. This is your role to keep this advance through monitoring the environment, innovations and designing the Educational product of OpenClassrooms: what is tomorrow’s learning experience? how can we improve students learning experience? What are the high-demand job on the market?

You will be part of a small dedicated team and in constant exchange with the rest of the Education and all the other teams.

Reports to Director Learning innovation & Market intelligence

Requirements


In this role, you will:

  • Perform in-depth and ongoing benchmarks (strategic & marketing) from main competitors  

  • Analyze Edtech market evolution

  • Perform in-depth analysis of learning analytics and suggest improvements

  • Write the competencies sets of OC paths

  • Leverage collective intelligence to enable and account for bottom-up and top-down pedagogical innovation

  • Conduct lean experiments for product and user discovery by building and testing customer-ready prototypes

  • Build a coherent quality framework setting standards for the production team

  • Turn successful experiments into relevant and realistic business rules for the rest of the team to implement and improve upon

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • French or English native, strong English or French  

  • Expert in career structure and job architecture

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Confident with technology and agile environment

  • Strong interpersonal relationship capability

  • Negotiation

REQUIREMENT

  • A proven track record in EdTech project and product management

  • a proven interest in gaming and neurosciences

HIRING PROCESS

The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with our Hiring team.

Then we plan face to face meetings with Director of Innovation, the Education team and other teams.
