As the business development group of the leading online education platform in Europe and Africa, the mission of the Corporate sales team is to identify customers and help them to leverage their talent and learning strategy Transformation through the use of OpenClassrooms solutions. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Working mainly alongside of the sales director, your main goal will be to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Reports to the Sales Director
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Communicate OpenClassrooms’ value proposition
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate key account manager for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bilingual English / French (Native English is a plus)
BA/BS degree or equivalent
2/3 years of experience as Inside Sales Representative within an international organization
The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey, Hiring Manager.
Then we plan face to face meetings with Henri, Chief Revenue Officer and a bench of people from the Revenue team and other teams members across the organizations.
