As OpenClassrooms is a fast growing start-up, its product has to maintain very high quality standards. As Manager of Quality Assurance in the Education Team, your role is to ensure that all internal requirements are met before our courses reach our students. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and methodologies, identifying mistakes and flaws.


Reports to the VP Production



In this role, you will :

  • Write, set up and maintain Quality Assurance procedures

  • Test our courses and build Quality Assurance reports

  • Identify critical control points and preventive measures

  • Coordinate and communicate with the instructional designers, the video team and the head of tracks on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are met

  • Follow up and fix the issues reported by our community of students and mentors



  • High level of attention to detail

  • Extensive knowledge of process improvement and enhancement

  • High degree of organization

  • French or English native, strong English or French

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Dynamic and sociable



  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role

  • Experience in a Tech company required

  • Experience in Education is a plus



The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey, Hiring Manager.

Then we plan face to face meetings with Jonathan Stock, VP Production, and other members of the Education team.

For the final round, you will meet members from other teams (Student Success, Marketing, Tech..) at OpenClassrooms.

You will be asked to provide us with professional references contact detail.
