Sales Operation Manager

As the business development group of the leading online education platform in Europe, the mission of the Sales operation manager is to support the Sales & Biz Dev team in a fast growing environment

The team works with corporate companies, public bodies, academic partners, with the aim to make education accessible and provide job-ready talent to employers globally

In order to achieve our growth ambitions we are now recruiting a new a Sales Operation Manager who will help us scale up the organization and bring it to its full potential.



 Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer



 The overall responsibilities of the Sales Operation Manager, are:


  • Produce monthly competitive benchmark
  • Maintain a high standard of data quality in our CRM system
  • Proactively optimize the reporting and tracking tools to improving the performance of the sales team
  • Ensure that, on a Financial aspect, the order book is aligned with monthly and yearly sales plan 
  • Setting and monitoring team members KPI's
  • Coordinate the follow-up of our main clients working with the Student Success team, Finance and Marketing
  • Support the administrative workflows related to our Public partners (Pôle Emploi, Regions, …)
  • Collaboratively work with the Education team, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Legal  toward our customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the Finance and the Sales teams to get a balanced goal achievement meeting all the targets


  • Fully fluent in English; French appreciated
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail. At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the academic or technology sector is strongly appreciated
  • Analytical ability with a data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrated project management skills and getting things done
  • Ability to thrive and develop relationships in fast paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
  • A hands-on, “roll up the sleeves,” action-oriented approach
  • Strong personal passion for education technology, employability, and deep faith in the mission of OpenClassrooms

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or a Technical discipline
