This role can be fully remote or office based in London or Paris. The successful candidate will be a fluent English and French speaker.

 👉 Work closely with the CFO and the Corporate Finance Manager on any recurring or ad-hoc financial analysis required

👉 Assist in the preparation and update of analysis and supporting presentations for key stakeholders of the business (C-level, Board, Investors, Banks, Strategic Partners)

👉 Help on building an M&A opportunity framework, target screening and assessment (valuation analysis, multi-year business plans, business performance trends and KPIs, product profitability and deal post-mortem analyses)

👉 Perform some market research analysis, competitive financial benchmarking and mapping

👉 Maintain Investor and M&A target databases

👉 Being involved in the potential transaction process, in the review of information (data room management) preparation of key deliverables, internal and external coordination from key stakeholders, including advisors

👉 Work closely with other business teams, including accounting, FP&A, Legal, as well as leaders from other departments


 Reports to the Corporate Finance Manager.


You possess the following relevant skills:

  • Curious, investigative, meticulous and analytical
  • Eager to learn in a fast-evolving environment
  • Ability to summarize complex problems and to understand the key drivers on a new process
  • Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of corporate finance
  • Ideally a previous experience of corporate finance transactions and successful deal execution (M&A / ECM / DCM / Leveraged Finance)
  • Solid technical M&A skills including analysis of target companies (understanding of key risks, growth and profitability drivers), financial engineering, financial modelling, due diligence review, legal documentation, the closing of transactions
  • Excellent data analysis and computing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Results-driven
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills, both written and verbal 
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and excellent MS Office and Google Docs web application skills
  • Positive attitude, "can-do" approach, team-player and decisive contributor
  • Excellent organisation skills - the ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective and can be delivered within tight deadlines
  • Fluent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment


  • 1 year of relevant professional experience (including long-duration off-cycle internships) within Investment Banking, Strategy / Management Consulting, Investment (VC to PE), Audit within a Tier 1 company
  • Strong academic record and/or professional qualification in the relevant subject area (Finance, Strategy, Maths, Business)

  • The journey starts with the first interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Then a videoconference with the Manager of the team you are applying to join
  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills 
  • For the very final round, you will meet other team members (Brand & Comms, Learning, Employers & Student Success, Finance…)
  • Finally, you will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
