OpenClassrooms is looking for its Head of Impact to participate in this company-wide effort. Reporting to the chief of staff but with strong links to relevant stakeholders across the company, the Head of Impact will support all initiatives aimed at consolidating the company’s impact in terms of students outcomes, environment, inclusion etc. 

What will it take for you to succeed? The ability to both think strategically at what impact means in all dimensions, and open the OpenClassrooms hood to harvest appropriate data.


  • Work on the company’s global Impact strategy and triple-bottom-line objectives: launch and follow the corresponding workstreams 
  • Work on the OpenClassrooms Impact doctrine and underlying definitions and theoretical thinking
  • Create the triple bottom line reporting structure in collaboration with all relevant team in the company; build and manage the corresponding tools 
  • Follow-up on the BCorp certification requirements, in preparation for the next certification cycle; put all elements in place to improve the OpenClassrooms score 
  • Lead the OpenClassrooms carbon-neutral strategy, from the emissions assessment to potential offsetting strategies 
  • Support the OpenClassrooms Mission Committee efforts and recommendations, provide help and support to the committee and committee stakeholders
  • Lead and manage the impact assessment and certification process, ensure smooth execution and optimal results 
  • Support current efforts to enhance data collection on student outcomes, in collaboration with the relevant teams in the company (Global Ops, Learning etc.) 



Reporting to the chief of staff but with strong links to relevant stakeholders across the company.


  • You have an analytical mind, with the ability to crunch large sets of data and extract the right conclusions 
  • You possess strong project management skills, proven ability to tie up meaningful and efficient partnerships with relevant stakeholders
  • You have strong communication skills, the ability to convince and evangelize 
  • You have a keen interest in mission-driven, responsible corporate environments 
  • You are Fluent in English 



  • At least 7 years of experience in the impact or CSR fields, in a company, public organization or NGO

  • The journey starts with the first interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Then a videoconference with the Manager of the team you are applying to join
  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills 
  • For the very final round, you will meet other team members (Brand & Comms, Learning, Employers & Student Success, Finance…)
  • Finally, you will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
