RESPONSIBILITIES

Main missions:

  • Build sales collateral, tools and experiences in sync with Product Marketing for the UK, US and indirect channel sales teams
  • Design all kind of content and tools that sales team needs to create pipeline and improve close rates in US,UK and targeted rest of world markets
  • Define and update the roadmap of collateral with the sales and Customer Success Management teams (sales pitch, catalog, vertical brochure, welcome pack, whitepaper…)  
  • Organize webinars and physical events agreed with Demand Gen team and Sales, with full responsibility on content, speakers and production
  • Implement and coordinate content and creative delivery with the internal mktg team, agencies and freelancers within an agreed budget. 
  • Ensure the customer lifecycle is covered with engaging and impactful  B2B branded collateral across the various touchpoints (CRM, website, customer events, workshops…)
  • Organize teams’ access to a continually updated internal database of content and improve team’s usage of documentation. Update internal wiki and sales enablement platform. Analyse real usage from sales teams, collect feedback and deliver continuous improvement
  • Work in close collaboration with content & brand directors on defining the brand playbook and editorial guidelines
  • Work with individuals in Sales on bespoke content for high value leads to help close strategic opportunities.

  • You have experience in product and brand positioning on various B2B segments and crafting impactful messaging
  • You love creating high quality customer facing content that generate real interest for targeted industry leaders and customers
  • You like to take the shoes of HR and Learning executives, debate about the future of work, talent strategies and building communities
  • You have multi-cultural management experience and you like to navigate French, UK and US cultures 
  • You have a highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills
  • You possess the flexibility and the agility to adjust on the fly to new demands; with a clear  sense of urgency


YOUR BACKGROUND

  • C1 / C2 English level with ideally French fluency 
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication operations in multinational and matrix organization
  • Experience in interfacing with multiple sales teams and central & local stakeholders (product etc)
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, sales enablement platform and digital communication strategies 
  • Interest in SAAS, Online education, digital transformation, HR strategies
  • Good phone, writing, and listening skills in French (a C1 level would be appreciated)
  • C1 / C2 English communication skills, both written and verbal 


DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of professional experience on similar job in matrix organisation
  • Multi-cultural team management is a plus 
  • Track record of impactful content and event creation

HIRING PROCESS

  • The journey starts with a first interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Then a videoconference with the Manager of the team you are applying to join
  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills 
  • For the very final round, you will meet other team members (Brand & Comms, Learning, Employers & Student Success, Finance…)
  • Finally, you will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
