The Marketing Operations Specialist is a key role in the OpenClassrooms Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on helping drive revenue-generating activities, by maximizing prospect data captured, and identifying conversion rate areas of improvement for both the B2B and B2C sales teams. This position will provide quick responses to the evolving data & delivery needs of the department, as well as involve troubleshooting problems and connecting systems as needed. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with the Marketing department to ensure leads are moving through our systems as intended.



  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing organization to ensure leads are processed and routed throughout the funnel in the most effective way, e.g. through lead scoring, routing, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, on cross-functional projects including technical integrations, large analysis projects, data flow optimizations, data updates, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within HubSpot and Salesforce processes, dashboards, and alerting on automated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage the administration of Hubspot as the marketing automation platform.
  • Ensure our instance of Hubspot is documented and team members trained on processes.
  • Establish and manage lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
  • Work cross-functionally with our operations teams to align and execute common goals


 Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing Operations.



  • You have deep knowledge and experience with the marketing funnel and lead flow
  • You have an understanding of territory management and the review process
  • You have proven project management and prioritization skills
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • You have strong problem solving and issue-resolution skills


  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot 
  • Experience in B2C and B2B Enterprise marketing is a plus

  • The journey starts with the first interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Then a videoconference with the Manager of the team you are applying to join
  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills 
  • For the very final round, you will meet other team members (Brand & Comms, Learning, Employers & Student Success, Finance…)
  • Finally, you will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
