 As we scale, grow our teams and develop our activities in new countries, we decided to reorganize the HR department into 4 different teams: Talent Acquisition, People Success, People Operations and People Experience. The newly created People Success Team is responsible for developing  the right environment for all team members at OpenClassrooms to thrive and succeed: from Onboarding to Offboarding, Performance Management, L&D,  Career Development, Succession Plan and Employment Engagement. 

We are now recruiting for a People Success Partner that will be based in the US and will support our senior leadership to get into this very exciting market

The People Success Partner - US will:

  • As the first US-based HR team member, be in charge of translating OpenClassrooms strong culture into reality in the US!
  • Work closely together with the business leaders to ensure that their teams are set to accomplish great things and meet our business objectives.  Depending on the subject and when necessary, the People Success Partner will work together with other subject matter specialists in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D or Legal. 
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees  on HR matters.
  • Deliver best-in-class people related processes like Performance Reviews, Career Development Reviews, Salary Increase, Succession Plan and Employment Engagement.
  • Lead some specific People Success process throughout the whole group, ensuring that we use data and feedback to consistently improve them.
  • Identify, retain and develop people who will contribute to reinforce our teams. 
  • Create and maintain engagement and cultural fit with our mission and core values
  • Ensure consistency, communication and collaboration across the teams.
  • Work together with the People Operations Team to improve the way we use our HR platforms.


 You will report to the CHRO.

  • At least 7  years of experience in working as HR Business Partner in a fast paced and international environment.
  • Great knowledge on management of the whole employee cycle both from  legal and administrative point of views.
  • Detail-oriented & data-driven leader with excellent organisation skills
  • Great knowledge of implementing, managing and integrating different HR systems & tools
  • Ability to think ahead and motivate your team to achieve great things together
  • Excellent communication skills, ethics, & cultural awareness
  • Positive attitude, "can-do" approach and convinced that the best work happens when we work as a team

  • The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (20 min)
  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills (1hour)
  • Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the CHRO  (1 hour)
  • For the very final round, you will meet one of your future HR colleagues and a person from another team in OpenClassrooms (Employers, Student Success, Finance…)
