Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Design project-based and skills-driven learning programs
• Create and maintain compelling programs content by working alongside subject matter experts and heads of tracks
• Manage several projects at once while ensuring deadlines, budget and quality
• Ensure regular iteration, completion rate, satisfaction rate of learning paths
• Apply your knowledge of educational theory and stay up to date with pedagogical innovations

Competencies required

• Pedagogical content design and production
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Native English or French, and high communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills, collaboration skills
• Confidence with technology and agile environment

Desired Education & Experience

• Previous experience (2+ years) in instructional design
• Previous experience (2+ years) in project management

Reporting Line

Reports to Learning Program Design Manager, within the Learning Design Team, lead by Charlène Friang.

Hiring Process

The journey starts with an HR phone interview and a meeting with the Hiring Manager.

Then we plan face to face meetings with:

• Learning Program Manager,
• Learning Program Designers (peers) : during this meeting, you'll discuss a business case that you'll have previously handed out to the team.
• Director of Learning Design,
• And a few other people from teams across the organization.
