Within the Product team, you are responsible for a squad dedicated to the improvement of processes related to Student & Employer activity.

The purpose is to enable business teams to have an optimal view of each student or employer profile, at all stages of their life cycle, and enable them to make the link as effectively as possible between the needs of the job market, employers, students and candidates looking for their next career venture.

In this context, the detailed knowledge of employers 'and students' needs and profiles in order to optimize their employability is one of the key points for the success of our mission.


Within a dedicated squad (Data Engineers, Back End Engineer, QA) your objectives are:

  • Collect process improvement and data processing needs and analyze their value and impact.
  • Adapt roadmap construction processes with all stakeholders in order to prioritize development needs.
  • Support business teams in setting up and optimizing the various SaaS tools impacting user data.
  • Be the referent of the processes involving the exchanges and calculations of data users, prospects and customers on all the tools needed for OpenClassrooms as well as on the platform itself.
  • Analyze the business processes of the different teams and model them according to the UML and BPMN standards.
  • Guarantee the "source of truth" of customer data exploited by different internal users.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Team and Data Team and SalesForce Administrators to design and develop the most effective automation solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business application processes and delivery performance of product evolutions with your squad.
  • Evaluate the value of each improvement to be made and challenge the prioritization.
  • Define with the squad mission and the OKRs to follow and reach each quarter
  • Communicate regularly to the whole company the issues, strategy, and results of the squad.

Job requirements


  • Mastery of Salesforce type SaaS, ATS (Recruitee, Breezy, Greenhouse), CRM (Blueshift).
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
  • Easy communication with the different levels of stakeholders.
  • Demanding, analytical, structured, precise and able to structure complex processes.
  • Team player, user and business-oriented.


  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager Data, or equivalent.
  • Extensive product management experience, leading large product efforts and setting strategic direction/roadmaps in complex, multi-stakeholder and/or B2B / B2C spaces
  • Technical background, either from formal education, work, or personal experience.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Proven ability to manage large sets of internal and external stakeholders.


The journey starts with a phone interview with Audrey, Hiring Manager (25 min)

During the first round, you will meet with Fanny, VP Product at the office (1 hour).

During the second round, you’ll be asked to make a presentation based on a user problem and how to solve it and measure the outcomes and present it to the Product Management Team (1h30)

During the last round, you will meet with:

  • Audrey, Talent Acquisition Manager (45min)
  • Some team members within the Product and Tech Team (2 hours)
  • 2 team members with the Revenue Team (45min)
