Reports to the Director, Mentorship Acquisition and Engagement


RESPONSIBILITIES

By 2025, we expect to place 1M students per year into the workforce. Mentorship is essential to our growth, it’s who we are. OpenClassrooms is a small, fast-growing, and globally distributed company, so you’ll likely get to work on many projects across the organization. However, you may focus primarily on the following missions:

  • Define and execute the Mentorship content strategy
  • Set up a unique brand positioning and tone of voice to address our mentors
  • Build best-in-class reports to closely monitor performance
  • Manage monthly newsletters content and send
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content - including live events production - for social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner
  • Help with the organization of quarterly mentorship onsite events

Job requirements

  • You are a terrific writer, both in French and English
  • You are a crack in analytics, you make every single number “talks”
  • Facebook and Workplace have no secret for you
  • You know how to search on Twitter to curate interesting content for your community
  • You have successfully created digital campaigns to generate leads
  • You regularly visit websites like lejournalduCM to keep your Community Manager knowledge up to date

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Already have a first successful experience as Community Manager
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives in-person and virtually
  • Excellent communication skills - both writing and verbally
  • Team spirit
  • Proactive, analytical-mind and problem-solver
  • Great English and French communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level at the very least in both languages, C1 recommended)


HIRING PROCESS

The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with the Hiring Manager.

Then we plan face to face meetings with:

Mentorship Acquisition and Engagement and the VP Mentorship, as well as a few other people from teams across the organization (Peers and HR)

You will be asked to work on a short test.

You will also be asked to provide us with 3 professional references.
