At OpenClassrooms, we proactively match students and employers. As we receive qualified students’ applications from the Students team, our Matching team then pairs students with “qualified job postings” from the Employers team.
Part of the Employers team, the Employer Growth Marketing Director will be a key stakeholder of OpenClassrooms revenue generation. He or she is responsible to define and execute our Employer qualified sales leads and “qualified job postings” acquisition strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of growing a high-profile brand, building and managing a world class team and continuously optimizing our B2B growth & marketing qualified leads generation engine.
Initially the role is focused in acquiring “qualified job postings” from Employers based in France and French speaking countries, with responsibilities expanding internationally in the mid-term.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Build a growth marketing engine designed for generating sales leads from Employers and Qualified Job Postings to be matched with student profiles;
Design Employer funnel and continuously optimize lead qualification & nurturing in order to improve acquisition & conversion rates;
Analyze the Employer journey & lifecycle and define an anti-churn & retention strategy to increase Lifetime value;
Standardize & structure processes, build marketing automation infrastructure and source tools to scale growth;
Set the right analytics tools to drive strategy around attribution, tracking and landing experiences for all acquisition efforts;
Develop a strong understanding of our targeted audiences & personas in close partnerships with our Communications team;
Manage & grow a marketing team, across different functions, (SEO, lead generation, conversion optimization, CRM etc.), set up goals & priorities, align ways of working and spread best practices;
Report on both marketing (CAC, CPL, Conversion Rates etc.) & financial performance (revenues, gross margin etc.) and ensure continuous optimization of acquisition efforts.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
7+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing job roles;
5+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams;
5+ years of experience in multi-funnel digital growth marketing with complex campaigns & significant budget;
Fluent across digital marketing channels - SEO, SEA, Facebook, LinkedIn, Partnerships etc. - with demonstrated hands-on experience;
Solid knowledge of lead generation tactics and lead scoring tools;
Experience with offline channels and working with external agencies;
Strategy leader with excellent verbal & written communication skills;
Analytical skills, at ease with data, spreadsheets modelling & analytics tools;
Knowledge of SQL and/or other data processing language would be a plus;
Ability to define, document, standardize processes, share with team and finally source tools to automate efforts;
Have worked in cross-functional environment along with engineers, data analysts and Product Managers;
Bilingual in French and English (C1-level minimum, native English is a plus);
Understanding and ideally hands-on capabilities with OpenClassrooms current technical architecture (see below).

Customer journey: Google Analytics 360, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Salesforce for ad-centric, site-centric & offsite journey sync;
Data: Data-warehouse RedShift on Amazon Web Services;
Analysis & visualization: Periscope Data & Tableau Software;
Tracking: Segment.com & Google Tag Manager;
Modelization: SQL for the datasets, Python & Pandas/Numpy to modelize;

The journey usually starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey or someone else in the HR department. Then we plan face-to-face meetings with Rémy, VP Employer and some team members within the Revenue department. At one point you will meet with some other team members to discuss about OpenClassrooms’ Values and Culture. We'll also take time for you to walk around our facilities and have chats with our people.
