Growth & Demand Generation Specialist (UK/US market)

As a Growth specialist UK, you will be responsible for generating leads, optimizing marketing channels and facilitating product adoption, based on an ever-increasing knowledge & understanding of our users.


The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude and an affinity for direct marketing (email, push, in-product), an ability to operate and coordinate with multiple teams across Marketing, Tech and Product, and thrive at the intersection of Marketing and Technology.



Reports to the VP Growth




Working alongside our VP Growth, you will:


  • Create & develop growth campaigns, via all relevant channels (SEA, affiliation, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.);
  • Experiment & test constantly to identify & refine acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels, your craziest ideas are welcome as long as they improve our KPIs;
  • Monitor & execute partnership opportunities for generating additional leads;
  • Process & analyze available data to increase knowledge of our different key audiences;
  • Build, own & share KPIs reporting, including cost of acquisition per cohorts & related lifetime value;
  • Stay up-to-date with growth marketing trends and work to apply industry best practices;
  • Manage external service providers to deploy certain campaigns.





  • Team-player with excellent written and communication presentation skills;
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to convey its solutions and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization and testing everything;
  • Experience with funnel optimization and suggesting product tweaks;
  • Proficiency in SQL will be appreciated; knowledge of other data processing language (R, Python etc.) would be a plus;
  • High curiosity for coding, technology and user-centered product is a must; knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.


  • 2 to 4 years of B2B and/or B2C experience in a demand generation or lead generation role for a technology company ideally in a startup environment;
  • Experience with UK market
  • An ability to thrive in a result-driven environment and to demonstrate achievements backed by data;
  • Engineering or Business Degree with a strong quantitative emphasis;
  • English - Native



The journey starts with a phone interview and a meeting with Audrey, Hiring Manager.

Then we plan face to face meetings with Matthieu, VP Growth, and some people from our Growth team.

For the final round, you will meet with our CMO and some members of the other teams.

We’ll also take time for you to walk around our facilities and ask every single question you may have.

You will be asked to provide us with 3-5professional references contact detail.
