In this role, you will:

  • Design project-based and skills-driven learning paths
  • Recruit talented subject matter experts and provide comprehensive onboarding
  • Create great, compelling courses by working alongside subject matter experts and video team members
  • Ensure regular iteration, completion rate, satisfaction rate of learning paths, including monitoring students’ training and providing support
  • Apply your knowledge of educational theory and stay up to date with pedagogical innovations



  • Pedagogical content design and production
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Great English communication skills, both written and verbal (native level)
  • Problem-solving skills, collaboration skills
  • Confidence with technology and agile environment


  • Previous experience (4+ years) in instructional design
  • Previous experience (4+ years) in project management


Reports to Charlène Friang, Instructional Design Manager, within the Content Team, lead by Jonathan Stock.


The journey starts with a phone interview with Audrey Toussaint, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes).

For the 1st round of interviews we plan face to face meetings with:

  • Charlène Friang, Instructional Design Manager (1 hour)
  • Audrey Toussaint, Talent Acquisition Manager (45 min)

For the 2nd round of interviews, you plan to:

  • Take a technical assessment (study case) to be done at home or at the office (1 hour)
  • Take an English test to be done at home (at your own pace)

For the final round, we plan face to face with:

  • 2 Instructional Designers (1 hour)
  • 1 Content Team member + Jonathan Stock, VP Content (1 hour)
  • 2 peers from teams across the organization to discuss about Culture and Values at OpenClassrooms (45min)
  • We'll also take time for you to walk around our facilities and have chats with our people.

If you reach the final round, you will be asked to provide us with 3 professional references contact detail.
