Job description

We are looking for our next Mentor Acquisition Manager! This role requires a strong expertise in the recruitment industry, as much as a very good knowledge and use of marketing tools in order to attract a great number of candidates (passive or active ones) fast and efficiently.


REPORTING LINE

Reports to Director of Mentorship Acquisition and Engagement


RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, your main priorities are to:

  • Define and execute a recruitment strategy based on business needs & priorities.
  • With the help of the Operations team, manage the hiring forecast requirements to support business needs.
  • Identify, qualify and shortlist candidates.
  • Constitute and manage talent pools.
  • Design and lead global onboarding experience (rethinking the application, training for being a mentor…)
  • Contribute to the optimization of our screening process
  • Support managing digital campaigns for the acquisition of mentors
  • Develop mentor sourcing partnerships.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will be :

  • At ease with using technology (LinkedIn, ATS, CRM)
  • Data-driven: you care about data quality and are used to analyzing the information based on facts.
  • Well organized and experienced managing projects
  • Experienced in preparing robust, insightful sourcing plans to attract all potential candidates.
  • At ease with advanced social media and marketing tools to find the best active candidates
  • A boolean and networking expert to find and attract top passive candidates.
  • An accurate and insightful interviewer; focused on performance, fit, and motivation.
  • Bilingual in French and English (as your candidates may come from different parts of Europe).

A nice to have is :

  • A previous experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns (SEA, SEM).

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or recruitment role in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience that led you to work hand in hand with the Marketing department (or equivalent).
