OpenClassrooms is accelerating its business development and is looking for people passionate about making education accessible and helping employers manage their talents.

Welcome to the revolution of education! #BecomeFutureProof

At OpenClassrooms, the Global Operations Team is here to guarantee ROI for our customers: students and employers alike. The Team ensures our students and employers get the best possible experience with us.

We’re looking for a unique and versatile profile with technical knowledge, process automation experience, data analysis skills, and business common sense. We have tons of data available spread out across multiple platforms and need your help putting it together to make sense of it and measure our team’s performance. You're preferably experienced in managing software applications specifically in customer support/success (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), Excel, SQL, and hopefully Python keep no secrets from you.

Reports to the Director, Operational Efficiency

Because of the “ninja” nature of the role, you’ll find below a list of ideal requirements for the role. That said, we’re open to considering candidates who have some of those skills but not all as long as they can justify their ability to learn and/or bring value to the role in a different way.

  • Support the Director of Operational Efficiency to ensure the Global Operations team runs as efficiently as possible from several angles.
  • Identify operational reporting needs and help document the corresponding data specs
    • Create reports yourself when applicable: in Excel, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
  • Map out and organize Global Operations data and reporting documents, and collaborate across multifunctional teams to guarantee data integrity and alignment across the team
  • Consolidate and manage admin access and training for Global Operations SaaS tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Sling, etc.) and spreadsheets
  • Ensure that our team’s processes are GDPR compliant and put steps in place to remedy issues when not
  • Contribute to the creation of multiple financial forecasts, presentations, and reporting
    • COGS, Bookings, Budget, Hiring Requests
  • Guarantee the Global Operations team’s ability to report on their respective KPIs
  • Turn existing time-consuming processes into sustainable and scalable automated tasks when possible
    • You may be brought to work on automating interactions between platforms (mostly between our CRM and Excel), administrative tasks, etc.
  • Track and document the efficiencies and new processes your team creates

People say you’re a simplifier; you have a natural tendency - and the technical knowledge and experience - to simplify/automate pretty much any business process or task. You love data in general.
