The Revenue Performance team owns the full stack of processes and tools around revenue forecasting & measurement, sales administration/enablement, and CRM data quality over a unique range of B2C and B2B services and sales channels. The Revenue Performance team is at the core of our success as it will enable our entire organization to maintain a consistent and predictable revenue stream.
To lead the Revenue Performance team, OpenClassrooms is looking for a unique and versatile executive with significant experience in building and operating revenue management and/or and sales operations frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a management experience with a strong business acumen and the use of technology-enabled, data-driven processes (BI tools such as QlikView, the Salesforce CRM, forecasting tools, interfaces with billing systems, generating commission letters, etc)
We are seeking a problem-solver and an idea-maker who is able to anticipate both technical and business issues and to implement solutions. People say you’re a simplifier; you have a natural tendency to automate pretty much any business process or task. You are a team player and have a proven track record of breaking down silos across the organization. In this role, you will be at the heart of OpenClassrooms collaborating with every department from Sales and Customer Success to Data and Finance. You often take on initiatives and are constantly on the lookout to learn new things. You are ready to join an agile and fast-moving environment, with the goal to make education accessible to all.
In this role, you will:
Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
