👉 As part of its business expansion, OpenClassrooms is looking for a six-month intern in the Social Programs team.


At OpenClassrooms, the social programs team is committed to helping a wide variety of populations access high quality job training, including unemployed people, people with disabilities, refugees, and inmates. Our programs focus not only on developing job skills that are in high demand within the digital economy but ensuring that trainees are successfully placed in the workforce.   

We work closely with government bodies, local authorities, as well as private organizations, all of which play a vital role in supporting this objective.

The team is currently being structured, which requires the ability to adapt quickly and to work autonomously. The hypergrowth context at OpenClassrooms also requires a strong result-oriented mindset.


On a day-to-day basis, you will be fully integrated to the Social Programs team. You will promote apprenticeships to a variety of stakeholders. You will also work with the Education team to ensure the best design of commercial proposals and with the Student Success team to guarantee perfect execution of won opportunities.

👉 The purpose of the position is to analyze sales opportunities and contribute to their answer.





The role requires an individual who is capable of autonomously track opportunities from both public and private actors. The individual will also answer to these opportunities in collaboration with the Social Programs Manager. That being said, the individual will follow the execution of markets won by the team.

Finally, depending on your interests, you’ll be able to work with different stakeholders developing the strategy of Social Programs team.



  • Great English and French communication skills, both written and verbal



  • Master 2 level coming from schools such as Sciences Po and/or top business schools (HEC, ESCP, Essec, …).



Reports to the Key Account Manager Public





The journey starts with a phone interview with Audrey, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 minutes).


For the 1st round of interviews we plan face to face meetings with:

  • Justine, Key Account Manager Public (1 hour)


For the 2nd round of interviews, you plan to:

  • Take a technical assessment (business case) to be done at home or at the office (2 hours)
  • Take an English test to be done at home (at your own pace)


For the final round, we plan face to face with: 

  • Audrey, Talent Acquisition Manager (1 hour)
  • 2 Team members of the hiring manager (1 hour)
  • 2 peers from teams across the organization to discuss about Culture and Values at OpenClassrooms (1 hours)
