At OpenClassrooms, we are on a mission to make professional education accessible to everyone, everywhere. We help individuals to find new jobs they love; and help businesses to future-proof their talent with upskilling and reskilling solutions.
To do this we provide anywhere, anytime online education through innovative project-based learning and mentorship. Since 2013 we have been growing rapidly from our home in France to become Europe’s largest education-to-employment platforms. With 3m monthly learners, thousands of full-time Diploma students and hundreds of employer (b2b) clients utilising our highly flexible and scalable solutions.
At the start of 2019 we began full entry into the UK, with a focus on apprenticeships and reskilling to corporates, which we will accelerate further in 2020 and beyond.
THE TEAM & ROLE
The role of the Business Development team within OpenClassrooms is to identify and execute international expansion and develop new areas of business - new markets, new distribution channels, new products and new clients. The team works across Europe, USA and Africa with employers, academic partners and public/social bodies to provide and grow job-ready talent to employers in high demand tech occupations.
In order to achieve our growth ambitions, we are now recruiting a new Senior Business Development Manager – UK Market who will help us scale OpenClassrooms in the UK and bring it to its full potential. With a core focus on large employers, apprenticeships and reskilling solutions. We need a motivated and skilled professional with a passion for finding and growing a new corporate customer base.
